Gail was referred to the Allenton Big Local Work Club by her Job Centre Plus Advisor so that she could access the careers advice on offer from Chris, the Work Club’s Advisor.
Gail was already an experienced administrator, but her CV wasn’t getting her to interview. As a consequence, her confidence was starting to suffer.
